These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arabian Bezel ("we", "our", or "us") concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Our Services

Arabian Bezel is a luxury pre-owned watch dealer based in Marble Arch, London. We provide the following services:

• Sale of authenticated pre-owned luxury watches
• Watch valuation services
• Watch servicing and maintenance
• Watch trade-in and part-exchange services
• Purchase of luxury watches from private sellers

All transactions are conducted through direct contact with our team via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person at our Marble Arch location.

3. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all watches sold by Arabian Bezel are 100% authentic. Each timepiece undergoes rigorous authentication by our expert team. We provide detailed documentation and certification with every purchase. In the unlikely event that a watch is found to be non-authentic, we offer a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on our website are for reference only and must be confirmed before purchase. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Cash (for in-person transactions)
• Other payment methods as agreed upon consultation

Full payment is required before a watch is released to the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse any payment method at our discretion.

6. Arabian Bezel Warranty

All watches purchased from Arabian Bezel come with our exclusive warranty covering mechanical defects. The warranty period and specific terms will be provided with your purchase documentation. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are honored in addition to our warranty.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• The watch must be in the same condition as when received
• All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included
• The watch must not have been worn (beyond trying on)
• You must contact us within 14 days to initiate the return

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned watch. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

8. Trade-In and Selling to Us

When you submit a watch for trade-in or sale to Arabian Bezel, you warrant that you are the rightful owner of the watch and have the legal right to sell or trade it. All watches submitted for valuation are subject to our expert inspection and authentication. We reserve the right to decline any watch or offer at our sole discretion. Valuations provided are valid for 7 days and are subject to final inspection.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Arabian Bezel or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Watch brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm our staff or other customers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arabian Bezel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arabian Bezel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
