HOW OUR 12 MONTH WARRANTY WORKS

REMAINING MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
If your watch is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, repairs should be handled directly by the manufacturer. You can organise this through us, or simply visit your nearest authorised dealer.

ARABIAN BEZEL WARRANTY
If your watch is out of the manufacturer’s warranty but still covered by our warranty, simply return it to us and we’ll inspect and repair it as needed.

REPAIRS OUT OF WARRANTY
If your watch isn’t covered by a manufacturer’s or our standard warranty, don’t worry. You can send it to us for a thorough inspection. We’ll give you a clear quote for the repair work, and once the repairs are done, they’ll be protected by our 12-month warranty starting from the completion date.
WORTH CHECKING OUT
The Arabian Bezel warranty aligns with the terms and conditions specified in the manufacturer’s warranty. It’s important to highlight that the standard manufacturer warranty excludes coverage for the following: theft or loss of your watch, wear-and-tear, accidental damage and water damage sustained from submersion in water, which contradicts the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Additionally, if there has been any modifications made to the watch this will invalidate your warranty. This includes the addition or substitution of components with aftermarket products not supplied by the manufacturer.
